Ingrid has over 25 years� experience as a researcher and evaluator in New Zealand and overseas, in the arts, cultural, recreation and leisure sectors, and in university, local and national government, and private market research organisations.  Her previous positions include long-term Acting Research and Evaluation Manager and Principal roles for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (International Development Group), Accident Compensation Corporation, Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Child Youth and Family Services, as well as Research Manager for Creative New Zealand and Research Director at Radio New Zealand.   Chris has been with PS... Services since 1998, and has worked on a wide range of research and evaluation projects both together with Ingrid and independently. Prior to this he gained comprehensive experience as a human resource manager in large public sector organisations, with a particular focus on change management, performance improvement and employee relations.
